How a repair goes from "my thing is broken" to "it works again."

===== 1. Intake =====
Customer reaches out (website form, email, phone, or walk-in).
We gather:
  * What's the device? (make, model, age)
  * What's wrong? (symptoms, when it started)
  * Any damage? (drops, water, pets)
  * Photos if possible

===== 2. Diagnosis =====
We look at it. Tell you what's wrong and what it'll cost.
Diagnostic is always free.

===== 3. Quote =====
Written estimate: parts + labor = total.
You approve or decline. No pressure.

===== 4. Repair =====
We fix it. Most repairs take 1–3 days depending on parts availability.
You'll get updates if anything changes.

===== 5. Pickup =====
We test it before you pick it up.
Payment at pickup (cash, card, or Venmo).

===== 6. Follow-up =====
Quick check-in after a week. If something's off, bring it back.

Every job gets a ticket number and a paper trail.
